Initial launch
KneeLife does not require an account and does not ask users to enter names, diagnoses, medical-record numbers, or other direct health identifiers into the Navigator. Navigator choices remain in the browser during the session and are not sent to a provider.
Measurement
KneeLife may use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand page use, treatment interest, and broad geography. Analytics will not be used to transmit a user's Navigator answers to clinicians or advertisers.
Contact
If a contact or newsletter form is added, the data requested, purpose, and service provider will be disclosed before collection. This policy will be updated before those features are activated.
