How the framework works
Evidence certainty reflects the consistency and quality of relevant guidelines, systematic reviews, and randomized trials—not how popular or profitable a treatment is. “Likely fit” describes how broadly an option is usually considered, not an individual recommendation. KneeLife does not collapse these dimensions into one misleading score.
What this version does not claim
The map does not predict an individual result, define candidacy from a website answer, or imply that higher-certainty care is right for every person. Exact effect-size ranges will be added only when they can be communicated without invented precision.
